ProjectST has two versions of demonstration software; a “Database Version” and a “Desktop Version”.

The “Database Version” version contains the actual database and the software required to run ProjectST for one user. This version must be downloaded and installed on your machine first.

The “Desktop Version” contains the software required to run ProjectST for EACH additional user (or computer desktop). This version should be installed to another path/directory or computer than the “database version”.

NOTE: If you install your desktop version to another computer or path/directory than the database version (and you should), messages will be displayed saying it can’t find its linked tables and asking you to ‘point’ your desktop version to the database. This is not an error and it’s a simple process. If you have trouble, please see our FAQ in the Customer Support section on this website or call customer support at 866-571-9196.

Our demonstration software is fully functional. You may begin adding your actual projects to your demonstration software. When you decide to purchase, we will “activate” you’re your demonstration software, making it unnecessary to re-enter your project data.

Tip: After downloading your demonstration “Database Version”, play around with the demonstration project. Get familiar with ProjectST’s tables, maintenance screens, report selection capability and our new Gantt chart before adding your actual project data.
